Stabbing – C24-31040

On February 9, 2024, at approximately 8:40 p.m., General Patrol officers and Canine responded to a stabbing incident in the area of Donald Street and Portage Avenue. The victim, a male in his 40s, was transported to hospital in unstable condition and upgraded to stable. No arrest(s) have been made, and the Major Crimes Unit continues the investigation.

Stabbing – C24-31231

On February 10, 2024, at approximately 1:50 a.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the 800 block of Main Street for a stabbing incident. Officers located a male in his 20s with multiple injuries, at which time emergency medical care was provided, including a chest seal. The victim was transported to hospital in unstable condition and later upgraded to stable. The Major Crimes Unit continues to investigate; no suspect(s) have been arrested.

Stabbing – C24-31280

On February 10, 2024, at approximately 4:00 a.m., General Patrol officers responded to the report of a stabbing incident in the area of Church Avenue and Main Street. Officers located a victim in his 30s, and emergency medical care was provided. The male was transported to hospital and is in stable condition. No arrest(s) have been made, and the Major Crimes Unit has been notified.
