Over the past year and a half, the Missing Persons Unit has worked to establish the whereabouts of HUTCHISON.

Recent information has come to light, and investigators now believe Robert is a victim of foul play. The Missing Persons Unit and Robert’s family seek the public’s assistance to learn what has happened to him.

Investigators believe the last time Robert was seen or heard from was on the night of January 31, 2021, somewhere in the area of Manitoba Avenue and Artillery Street. Robert was familiar with this area and known to frequent it.

A quote shared by the family:

“Please break the silence that has kept us in the dark for over a year and a half. By being silent you share in the guilt; by coming forward, you will help this family learn what has happened to our son and help us.”
