Adam CLISSOLD is serving his first federal sentence of 3 years and 8 months for Possession of Prohibited/Restricted Firearm with Ammunition, Possession of a Weapon Contrary to Prohibited Order, Obstruct Public/Peace Officer, Carry Concealed Weapon, Possession of a Weapon Contrary to Prohibited Order and Possession of a Schedule I Substance.
CLISSOLD began Statutory Release on May 30, 2025 and on July 2, 2025 a Canada wide Warrant was issued for CLISSOLD after he had breached conditions of his statutory release.
Eric ROSS

As a result of a prior criminal conviction, Eric ROSS is bound by a Canada Wide driving prohibition order. ROSS breached his order and as a result a Warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Jeffery RODGERS

Jeffery RODGERS is serving his second federal sentence of 8 years and 2 months for Break Enter and commit Robbery, Sexual Assault and Escape or Being at Large Without Excuse.
RODGERS began Statutory Release on June 25, 2025 and on July 16, 2025 RODGERS breached conditions of his statutory release and a Canada wide Warrant was issued for his arrest.
Kyle WEIBE

Kyle WIEBE was arrested for multiple criminal offences and then released in accordance with the Criminal Code of Canada with several conditions including attending court as directed. On July 18, 2025, an arrest Warrant was issued for WIEBE failing to comply with his release order. Then on August 20, 2025 an arrest warrant was issued for WIEBE not attending court proceedings as directed. Winnipeg Police have made several unsuccessful attempts to locate WIEBE.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Mandy KITLAR in regards to several retail thefts, property and fraud related crimes. As a result of those investigations, 12 Warrants have been issued for the arrest of KITLAR.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Nicholas WOOD in regards to a Sexual Assault investigation. A Warrant has been issued for the arrest of WOOD in relation to this investigation.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Richard RAYLAND in regards to multiple criminal investigations involving numerous property related offences, failing to attend court and numerous breaches of court orders which includes removing his ankle monitoring bracelet. As a result, 6 Warrants for his arrest have been issued.

Winnipeg have made several attempts to locate Ryan ALLINGHAM who is currently the subject of a Warrant to Arrest for incidents that include Robbery, Fraudulent use of a credit card x4 and for Failing to comply with conditions of a Release order.
