The Winnipeg Police Service North District Community Support Unit, with the assistance of the Guns & Gangs Unit, Tactical Support Team, West District Community Support Unit, Drone Unit and RCMP ERT entered into an investigation, which resulted in search warrants being executed at a residence in the 500 block of Boyd Avenue.

On June 19, 2024, at approximately 6:05 p.m., officers attended to the residence and executed the warrants, arresting three occupants. During the search warrants, officers seized several items from the residence, including the following:

- 9mm rifle

- Loaded/modified 12 gauge shotgun

- Pellet rifle

- Airsoft replica shotgun

- Airsoft handgun

- Rifle

- Cross-bow

- Various 12 gauge and 9mm ammunition

- Stolen E-bike valued at $2500

- Over 7 grams of Cocaine (Estimated Street Value = $500)

- Approximately 55 grams of Methamphetamine (Estimated Street Value = $700)

- Crack Cocaine (Estimated Street Value = $180)

- Over $4800 in CDN currency

- Packaging material and contaminated scales

Daniel Arthur LACHANCE, 38, Gilbert Richard PELLETIER, 57, and Olga LIVINGSTON, 20, have been charged with numerous drug and weapon-related offences.

They were detained in custody.
