The Winnipeg Police Service’s Homicide Unit is asking for the public’s assistance regarding the homicide of 26-year-old Kevin Delaney FLETT.

As previously released:

On February 25, 2024, at approximately 11:20 p.m., FLETT was located critically injured in the area of Maryland Street and Wellington Avenue. He was transported to hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.

Update:

The Homicide Unit has identified the suspect as Tyron Custer HARPER, 30 years old, who is wanted for 2nd Degree Murder.
