On January 24, 2024, at approximately 1:45 a.m., General Patrol officers responded to reports of the sound of shots in the area of the 500 block of Furby Street.

Attending officers located property damage, including evidence indicating a firearm discharge took place. No injuries have been reported, and no arrests have been made.

The Major Crimes Unit has assumed the investigation. Anyone with information that may assist investigators is asked to call 204-986-6219, Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477), or online at winnipegcrimestoppers.org.
