East District General Patrol officers attended a parking lot in the area and located a 57-year-old male victim suffering from a serious upper-body injury sustained from a stabbing. Officers provided emergency medical care to the victim by applying a chest seal. He was transported to hospital in critical condition and later upgraded to stable condition after undergoing emergency surgery.
