Sexual Assault – Arrest: R23-26051

On May 19, 2023, the Winnipeg Police Service’s Sex Crimes Unit began an investigation after a female reported being sexually assaulted during a massage therapy appointment. 

On May 16, 2023, a female in her fifties attended a business in the 700 block of Crescent Drive, where she received a massage by a licenced massage therapist. During the massage session, her body was touched in an unwanted and sexual manner. She was not physically injured during this incident.

On June 22, 2023, a 40-year-old male was arrested and is facing a sexual assault charge. He was released on an Undertaking as mandated by the Criminal Code.

He is no longer an employee of this business.
