On June 17, 2023, at approximately 10:30 p.m., General Patrol officers from the Central District responded to Fort Street and Graham Avenue for an assaulted teenage male. Bystanders called 911 and provided first-aid to the injured male until police arrived.

Police continued emergency medical care for the 17-year-old victim, who was transported by ambulance to hospital in critical condition, where he remains in guarded condition.

No arrests have been made, and investigators continue to seek suspect information.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Major Crimes Unit at 204-6219 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
