Homicide - Public Assistance: C23-110113

On May 10, 2023, the Winnipeg Police Service issued a media release regarding the murder of Vincent Brian KIPLING, a 31-year-old male of Winnipeg. At approximately 10:50 p.m., on the 10th, KIPLING was located in the area of Stella Avenue and Main Street with serious injuries. He was transported to hospital and succumbed to his injuries. 

The Homicide Unit continued the investigation and established a suspect, but his whereabouts remain unknown at this time.

 Investigators seek the public’s assistance in locating the suspect, Aaron Wayne AZURE, a 38-year-old male who is wanted for Manslaughter.

AZURE is 6’2” in height, with a medium build

His hair is black, and he may have a goatee (hair may be shorter than in the photograph)

He has brown eyes and may wear eyeglasses

He has several tattoos, including:

- a spider on the left side of his neck, the letter “W” on the front of his neck

- the word LOYALTY on his right hand

His ears are pierced, and he may have additional face piercings

AZURE is considered armed and dangerous, do not approach him.
