On April 29, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service was contacted and advised of a shooting incident in the 1600 block of Burrows Avenue.

An adult male victim attended to hospital with multiple injuries consistent with being shot but is in stable condition. During the incident, the victim was robbed, and a firearm was produced by one of the suspects.

The Major Crimes Unit has taken over this investigation. Anyone with information about this incident or the suspects is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-6219 or anonymously at Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
