As previously released:

The Winnipeg Police Service was searching Brady Road Resource Management Facility for the human remains of homicide victim Rebecca Contois (24).

On June 14, 2022, police recovered human remains during the search.

Update:

The remains have been identified as those of Rebecca Contois.

Rebecca’s family has been notified, and the Homicide Unit is continuing with the investigation.
