Truck Ride for Special Olympics

-

Each year the Truck Ride for Special Olympics, presented by the Manitoba Trucking Association, brings together hundreds of amazing truckers and trucking companies from across the province to celebrate the accomplishments of Special Olympics athletes and raise much-needed funds to keep the wheels turning on the year-round programming that allows them to succeed.

The Truck Ride for Special Olympics is one of the signature events hosted by the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR). The LETR is the largest public awareness and grassroots fundraising organization for Special Olympics globally.

The LETR holds several year-round fundraising and awareness events in communities across Canada. The LETR is supported by the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) and has been an active partner of Special Olympics Canada since 1987.

The Winnipeg Police Service and our partners at RCMP D Division are proud to play a supporting role in this annual Ride.
