Parking Enforcement

Effective 12:01 a.m. April 1st, 2005, the Winnipeg Police Service officially turned over enforcement responsibilities for on-street parking to the newly created Winnipeg Parking Authority.

Commissionaires of the Winnipeg Parking Authority no longer fall under the direction of the Winnipeg Police Service.

All parking enforcement concerns should be directed to the Winnipeg Parking Authority at 204-986-6281, which will be a 24 hour, 7 days a week contact line.

The Winnipeg Police Service does not process parking offences in any way. Fines cannot be dropped off or paid for at any of our locations.

To pay fines in person, visit the Parking Store at 495 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg.
