Red River - Daytime 70 Km - Night 50 Km

Assiniboine River - Daytime 37 Km - Night 10 Km

All public Boat Launches and docks on the Red River are designated 9 Km/Hour. These include from North to South within the City of Winnipeg:

• The North Main/Perimeter boat launch
• Louise Bridge boat launch
• Alexander docks
• Winnipeg Rowing Club at Norwood Bridge
• Redboine Boating Club and adjacent Winnipeg Paddling Club
• St. Vital Boat launch within St. Vital Park
• Maple Grove Park at St. Mary's Road
• South Perimeter Highway
