Posted 11/12/26	Thomas BEAR DOB: 77/06/05 Thomas BEAR was serving a three year nine month sentence for Break & Enter x4 and Pointing a firearm. On August 2nd, 2011 he was granted Stat. Release, but on September 19th, 2011 he failed to return to his halfway house as required. A Canada Wide Warrant was issued this date.

Posted 11/12/26	Freddie DESMARAIS DOB: 87/09/03 Freddie Desmarais was on charge for a domestic assault incident and was released with conditions with one being that he have no contact with the victim. On June 8th, 2011 DESMARAIS breached his conditions of his release by contacting the victim by phone and spoke to the victim in a threatening tone. Police were notified and attended to his court appointed address and found that DESMARAIS was no longer living there. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Posted 11/12/26	Carl DOUGLAS DOB: 72/06/26 Carl DOUGLAS was convicted of various charges including Aggravated Assault and was released on June 15th, 2011 on a Long term Supervision Order, with a condition that he reside at the Community Correction Center, and abide by a nightly curfew. On the very first day of his release he failed to report for his curfew and a Canada Wide Warrant was issued.

Posted 11/12/26	Ralph JACKSON DOB: 62/08/04 The accused Ralph JACKSON is on charge from an incident dating back to November 25th 2007 at which time he was charged with Assault and Utter Threats on two separate victims. He was later released on a Recog. Order with a later court date to follow. JACKSON has failed to attend all of his court dates and subsequently an arrest warrant is in effect.

Posted 11/12/26	Tyler LOWEY DOB: 91/04/29 Tyler LOWEY was handed a 25 month sentence for Break and Enter and failing to comply with conditions x9. He was later granted Stat. Release on November 10th, 2011. On November 14th, 2011 LOWEY failed to report to his Probation Officer as required, which resulted in a Canada Wide Warrant being issued.

Posted 11/12/26	Robert MONKMAN DOB: 74/05/16 Robert MONKMAN is currently wanted on five arrest warrants, which consist of various breaches of court orders. One breach stems from a conviction of a domestic related assault for which MONKMAN received a brief jail sentence. Upon his release he was to attend to his Probation Officer within two days of his release which he failed to do.

Posted 11/12/26	Rory NASH DOB: 83/12/21 Rory NASH was convicted of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Failing to comply with his conditions x9, and Failing to Attend court x 5. He was to receive a 25 month sentence, but on September 9th, 2011 he was given Stat. Release. His release was cancelled on October 13th, 2011 when he failed to report to his Probation Order, resulting in a Canada Wide Warrant being issued.

Posted 11/12/26	Joshua PAGDATO DOB: 87/01/21 Joshua PAGDATO was serving 26 months for numerous charges including Trafficking a Controlled Substance x10 and breaching numerous court orders. His Stat. release which came on September 9th, 2011 was contingent on him residing at a drug treatment center, however on November 28th, 2011 he walked away from treatment and his current whereabouts is unknown. A Canada Wide Warrant is in effect.
