Cecil DUCHARME
In June 2008, a Protection Order was applied for and granted, against Cecil Ducharme. Conditions were that he have no contact or communication with named parties, and not be within 2 city blocks of the protected persons, residence, work, business or regularly attends. 3 months later, in September 2008, he violated this order and was arrested. Released 2 days later on a Recognizance, he failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for his arrest. His where-abouts is unknown. |

Daniel GREYEYES
Daniel GREYEYES was convicted of assault, break enter and theft, and failing to comply with a probation order. He was sentenced to time served, and released September 11th 2009. Probation for 18 months., with usual conditions was also assigned. In November 2009, he failed to report, and failed to provide an address. A warrant was issued by Probation Services on November 26, 2009. He remains at large. |

Shane OSBORNE
Shane Osborne was sentenced to gaol for 2 years and 6 months on a charge of possession for the purpose of trafficking. His sentence began September 19th 2006. He was released on Statutory Release on September 18th 2009. His drug test was positive for THC, and a warrant was issued for his arrest December 22nd ,2009. |

David WALL
David WALL was sentenced to 7 years incarceration on 24 offences including possession of narcotics for the purpose, weapons, failure to appear, and failure to comply. His sentence commenced March 31st 2006. He was released on day parole on Christmas Eve, December 24th 2009. He failed to return to the Community Correction Center on Main St., and a warrant was issued Jan 11th 2010. He remains at large. |
