Winnipeg Police Service

Chief Keith McCaskill

Welcome from the Chief of Police

Welcome to the website of the Winnipeg Police Service! This site is just one of the many ways in which we communicate with our fellow Winnipeggers.

Inside these pages you will find a wealth of information, whether you are looking for advice on crime prevention, statistics, or archival information about the Service.

The Winnipeg Police Service has a proud history of serving the citizens of Winnipeg since 1874. Our membership reflects the diversity of the city’s population, and we are proud to serve in this city of diversity and culture.

I hope you will find our website to be informative, and invite you to email any comments you may have.

Sincerely,

Keith McCaskill, Chief of Police
