New map highlights formal and informal cycling routes throughout the city

Winnipeg, MB – The latest version of City of Winnipeg Cycling Map is now available to help Winnipeggers efficiently plan and navigate their cycling trips. The map outlines both formal cycling routes as well as informal routes based on suggestions and input from local cyclists themselves. The map is also a great way to learn about our city-wide inventory of paths, as Winnipeg has almost 250 km of park trails and multi-use paths.

You can pick up a printed copy of the new cycling map at local libraries, bike shops and tourist centres. A pdf version of the map is available in French and English on the City’s website at winnipeg.ca/bikemap, along with informative and helpful links and cycling infrastructure definitions.
