Temporary regional street closures in place this weekend during the Winnipeg Chinatown Street Festival

Winnipeg, MB - The following temporary regional street closures will be in place this weekend during the Winnipeg Chinatown Street Festival:

  • On Saturday, August 27 from 9:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., King Street between James Avenue and Alexander Avenue will be completely closed to all vehicular traffic.
  • On Sunday, August 28 from 10:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., King Street between James Avenue and Alexander Avenue will be completely closed to all vehicular traffic.

Motorists are advised to allow for additional travel time or to use alternate routes in this area to reach their destinations.
