Harry Lazarenko Bridge closed August 5 - 8

Motorists should use alternate routes such as the Disraeli Freeway

Winnipeg, MB - The Harry Lazarenko Bridge (the former Redwood Bridge) between Main Street and Glenwood Crescent will be completely closed to traffic from 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 5 until 6:00 a.m. on Monday, August 8 for a private water service project. While the bridge is closed, City crews will also conduct some routine maintenance and inspections. Pedestrian access will be maintained on the north sidewalk.

After 6:00 a.m. on Monday morning, Redwood Avenue between the Harry Lazarenko Bridge and Main Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction on Monday and Tuesday.

Motorists should use an alternate route such as the Disraeli Freeway during this closure.
