The City of Winnipeg’s Bilingual Service Centre to relocate to the Accès–Access Saint-Boniface Centre

Winnipeg, MB – As of Monday, April 25, the Bilingual Service Centre will be relocated to the Accès–Access Saint-Boniface Centre at 170 Goulet Street. In order to facilitate the move, please note that the Bilingual Service Centre will be closed to the public at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21 and all day Friday, April 22.

Hours of operation at the new location will continue to be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. City of Winnipeg services available include:

Cashier services include:

  • Water bill payments
  • Property tax payments
  • Ambulance bill payments
  • Sale of bus passes and tickets
  • Sale of dog and cat licenses

General information on City services available include:

  • Bus routes/schedules
  • Building permits
  • Library services
  • Garbage/recycling information
  • Street/construction information (cleaning, snow clearing)
  • Parking restrictions
  • Leisure Guide/recreation programs
  • Parks/pools/arenas
  • Water/sewer services
