Winnipeg, MB - Harrow Street from Ebby Avenue to Taylor Avenue is currently closed to traffic in both directions to repair a storm drain and all pipes connected to it. The road is expected to be closed for one week at most.

Motorists are advised to allow for additional travel time or to use alternate routes in this area to reach their destinations.
