Stadium route signs added to highlight recommended route for cyclists

Winnipeg, MB - To further highlight the recommended route cyclists should take to Investors Group Field, the City has added “Stadium Route” enhanced wayfinding signage to existing bike route signs near the stadium. See a photo of a “Stadium Route” sign here. Southbound cyclists on Pembina Highway are directed by these signs to turn off at Plaza Drive which then connects with the existing active transportation route to Investors Group Field, which is the recommended route to the stadium for pedestrians and cyclists.

The City encourages pedestrians and cyclists to use the established active transportation route when travelling to Investors Group Field. A map of the route is available here by selecting active transportation in the sidebar.
