Summer Leisure Guide programs and camps are starting soon and there is still time to register!

WINNIPEG - Summer Leisure Guide programs and camps are starting soon and there is still time to register! The City of Winnipeg Leisure Guide offers an exciting lineup of summer camps, featuring a number of fun options to keep the kids busy this summer!

With Summer Escape theme weeks, kids can explore the magic of science with Slime, Grime & Goop, clown around with Carnivals, Circuses & Clowns, celebrate the spirit of the London 2012 Olympic Games with Olympic Challenge, and so much more. Each week ends with a theme-related excursion or special event.

The Leisure Guide also offers L'il Critters theme weeks for preschoolers and a variety of Sport Camps including Golf, Cheerleading/Trampoline, Racquet Sport, Flag Football/Ultimate Frisbee, Baseball, and Tennis. Camps fill up quickly, so register today.

The Spring/Summer Leisure Guide is available at all City of Winnipeg indoor pools, libraries, and leisure centres and at over 175 retail locations.

The Leisure Guide can also be viewed online by visiting Winnipeg.ca.

For your convenience, the City offers a number of ways to register:

Visit Winnipeg.ca/leisureonline (a login ID and PIN, and a credit card are required). Citizens who do not already have a PIN and login ID number need to set up an account prior to registering. This can be done by calling 311, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by visiting any City of Winnipeg indoor pool or the Fort Rouge Leisure Centre, 625 Osborne Street.
