Pan Am Pool temporarily closed due to water main break

The Pan Am Pool & Recreation Complex, 25 Poseidon Bay, was closed late yesterday evening as a result of a large water main break on Cambridge Street between Lorette Avenue and Carter Avenue.

WINNIPEG, MB - January 6, 2012 -The Pan Am Pool & Recreation Complex, 25 Poseidon Bay, was closed late yesterday evening as a result of a large water main break on Cambridge Street between Lorette Avenue and Carter Avenue.

In addition to the pool, 13 homes and one apartment block are also affected by the water main break.

Crews are currently working on the break and expect water service to be restored later today. Two water tanks are on site.

The pool will re-open once water service has been restored.
