Advisory committee for the purpose of providing recommendations to the Director of Planning, Property and Development regarding:

  • whether or not to grant urban design approval for a particular development, redevelopment, expansion, demolition or exterior alteration; and
  • downtown urban design guidelines, standards or criteria
