A governance structure for Assiniboine Park as a not-for-profit corporation which operates under a Management Agreement with the City of Winnipeg with a mandate to lead, manage, fundraise, restore and develop the overall Park and its amenities.

Composition

Minimum of three (3) and a maximum of eighteen (18) Directors. The exact number of Directors to form the Board of Directors shall be determined from time to time by the Board of Directors.  

The Conservancy will annually table its slate of Directors for Council ratification.
