Is a permit required?
Yes, a development permit may be required.
Temporary structures (tents, stages, bleachers, etc.) larger than 83.7 m2 (901 sq. ft.) require a development permit as per the Winnipeg Zoning By-law.
Temporary sales offices and temporary offices during construction do not require a development permit. Learn more about development permit exemptions.
