There are many important considerations when proceeding with a commercial plumbing / mechanical project. Prior to any new construction, demolition, addition or alteration to any part of a 'plumbing system', it is critical to ensure that a valid permit has been obtained prior to commencement of any work. If you are not sure that the proposed work requires a permit or other approvals, please contact us. (Refer to the map below for mechanical inspector contact information). Please also note that contractors that are licensed with the City of Winnipeg are allowed to perform Commercial Plumbing / Mechanical work within the City of Winnipeg's jurisdiction.
