Suspicious Circumstances – Investigation: C23-220886

On September 11, at approximately 4:30 p.m., the Winnipeg Police Service responded to the report of an injured adult male in the rear lane of the 600 block of Lipton Street.

Central District General Patrol officers attended and located a 56-year-old male injured victim. He was transported to hospital in critical condition but succumbed to his injuries. Family notifications have been made and an autopsy is pending.

No arrests have been made and the Homicide Unit has assumed the investigation.
