September through June, Monday - Friday between 8:30 – 11:00 am & 1:00 – 3:30 pm
Payment
- Payment for admission to Fitness Facilities, Indoor Pools, Kildonan Park, Transcona Aquatic Park and St. Vital Outdoor Pools can be made by cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Recreation Gift Card.
- Payment for admission/passes at Fort Garry Lions and Westdale Pools by cash only.
- No charge for admission to Freight House, Happyland, Provencher and Windsor Park Outdoor Pools.
Groups
A group of 9 or more people or any organized program/event attending an Aquatic/Fitness Facility must book in advance. More information for Groups Using Pools.
Loonie/Toonie Swim

- $ 1.00 admission for children and youth (17 years and under)
- $ 2.00 admission for all adults (18 years +)

Payment
- Buy your Outdoor Pool pass at all Outdoor Pools or any of the following Indoor Pools: Bonivital, St. James Civic Centre, Pan Am, or Transcona Kinsmen Centennial Pools.
- Payment for admission/passes to Fort Garry Lions and Westdale Pools by cash only.
- Payment for admission/passes to Transcona Aquatic Park, Kildonan Park and St. Vital Pools by cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Recreation Gift Card.

- Use your Active Living Pass for general admission or for a drop-in fitness class offered at any City of Winnipeg Aquatic or Fitness Facility
Payment
- Purchase your pass at the front desk of any City of Winnipeg Indoor Pool, Fort Rouge Leisure Centre or Peguis Trail Fitness Centre. Payment can be made by cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Recreation Gift Card.
Pass Refunds: Visit passes are non-refundable and not transferable. 3 Month passes are refundable but not transferable.
Lost or stolen cards: Please report a lost or stolen card to front desk staff at any City of Winnipeg Indoor Pool or Fitness Facility. A replacement fee will be charged.
Suspending a Pass: Requests to suspend 3 Month passes are considered for medical reasons or major facility construction/re-development only. Please submit written suspension request to the Facility Supervisor at any City of Winnipeg Indoor Pool or Fitness Facility.
Skating Admission Rates
Effective January 1, 2009, all public skating activities are provided free of charge. Wearing a CSA-approved hockey helmet strongly recommended for all ages.
