Swimming Pool - Outdoor Licence
An Outdoor Swimming Pool means a public swimming pool or a sem-public swimming pool, as those terms are defined by The Swimming Pools and Other Water Recreational Facilities Regulation, Manitoba Regulation 132/97 or successor regulations, that is not located inside a building or structure.
A Public Swimming Pool means a swimming pool being operated for use by the public or rented as a facility to a user group.
A Semi-Public Swimming Pool means a swimming pool used in conjunction with a hotel, motel, condominium, multiple family development, apartment block, campground, club or similar establishment, or a swimming pool or modified pool designated as such by the Provincial Minister responsible for The Public Health Act.
As of April 1, 2015, no City of Winnipeg Licence is required.
