Louise Bridge Closure Extended Until Tuesday September 1, 2009
WINNIPEG, MB — August 28, 2009 - The public is advised that the Louise Bridge will remain closed to vehicular traffic until the afternoon of Tuesday, September 1, 2009, in order to complete repairs to the concrete bridge deck.

Temporary Closure of Marion Street East of Archibald Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 10 a.m. to Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 6 a.m.
The public is advised that Marion Street east of Archibald Street will be closed to all traffic from 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2009 to 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2009, to allow for replacement of the culvert bridging the Dugald Drain under Marion Street.

Louise Bridge to close for bridge deck maintenance Sunday, August 23, 2009 at 7 a.m. to Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 7 p.m.

WINNIPEG - August 16, 2009 - The City of Winnipeg's Adult Nuisance Mosquito fogging program will not occur tonight, August 16, 2009 due to low mosquito activity. The city wide average trap count for today August 16, 2009 is 14. All quadrants are substantially below 100. When adult mosquito activity is depressed, fogging is not an effective method of control.
