Winnipeg House Welcomes and Entertains Visitors
July 22, 1999 - On Saturday, July 24, City Hall will be transformed into "Winnipeg House," swinging open its doors from 10 am to 4 pm daily to citizens and visitors for the duration of the Pan Am Games. This Welcome Center is being staffed by 40 friendly and knowledgeable volunteers ranging from 16 to 80 years old.
