Nature in Parks

Winnipeg has many parks with natural areas. Often these parks are multi-use areas such as King's Park that provide a place for an afternoon game of football or a wiener roast and picnic, while at the same time serving as refuges for our natural forests and prairies.

These refuges are a natural flower garden and home to the birds and butterflies that grace our skies.
