Insect Control

Lady Bug Math

Ladybugs are one of the most likable and well known of all insects. They have a smooth, rounded shape with short legs. They are a bright red-orange colour and have black spots on their backs. Different species have different numbers of spots. The largest amount is 19. Their bright red-orange colour is supposed to make them look unappetizing to their enemies. Ladybugs are also one of the most useful insects. They eat large quantities of aphids and scale insects that ruin crops.

Solve the multiplication problems. Then draw the correct number of dots on each ladybug.
