
Winnipeg has several skateboard parks
available to boarders of all ages. These skateparks were
designed for the beginner through to the intermediate levels but can still be fun for the more
experienced.

Chornick Park
Chornick Skatepark - located on Chornick Drive in North Kildonan. This is one of the oldest skateparks in Canada and is still being used today by many novice skaters to learn on.

Happyland Park
Happyland Park - located at Marion St. and Archibald Ave in the East Area along the Seine River. This snake-run style, winding gully, is great for beginners. Also at this park is a Disc Golf Course, one of only a few found in Winnipeg.

St. Vital Skatepark
St. Vital Skatepark - located at Meadowood Drive and St. Anne's Road in the East Area. This 11,000 sq. ft. plaza was built in 2003 and is great for the skilled skater.
Transcona Skatepark
Victoria Jason Park - located on Redonda Street in the East Area. This multi-skilled style park is great for beginners and intermediate skaters.

Sargent Park Skatepark
Sargent Skatepark - located at Wall St. and Sargent Ave. This open area style park is great for beginners and intermediate skaters.

Michael Komenda Memorial Skatepark
Michael Komenda Memorial Skatepark - Marj Edey Park/Varsity View Sportsplex(Fairmount Road and Ridgewood Avenue). There are multiple areas for beginners as well as challenging areas to get your shred on!.

Skatepark West
Skatepark West - is located at the South west corner of Sturgeon Rd and Silver Ave. in St. James. Smaller skatepark with a wide variety of features for all skill levels.

Fort Garry Skatepark
Fort Garry Skatepark - located at Gary Hobson Memorial Park / Fort Garry Community Centre at 880 Oakenwald. Good size skatepark with nice flow throughout the features. Beginner to intermediate. Built in the fall of 2008.
