Cancellation, Permit Changes and Refund Policy


Permit Changes
  • Permit changes are accepted up to the day prior to the event. An administrative fee is chared for each permit change once the permit has been finalized.
  • Permit changes will not be accepted the day of the event.
Permit Cancellations:
  • Customer must provide a written notification of cancellation to the park rental clerk at least 2 weeks before the event:

  • Cancellations are charged an administrative fee.
  • If such notice is not provided:
    • No refund or any sum paid towards this agreement shall be paid by the City;
    • The User will be assessed applicable user fees for returned bookings that cannot be reallocated.
    • One day prior to the event, the event date can be moved to another date. This is considered a permit change and an administration fee will be charged.
