Naturalized areas and plants along the Northeast Pioneers Greenway
The portions marked in red and yellow have plant species that represent the natural heritage of this area. These are species that would have been found on the open prairie prior to human settlement. For that reason these areas will remain uncut most of the year and will be maintained differently than the surrounding areas of turf grass.
