Cancellation, Permit Changes and Refund Policy
Permit Changes
- Permit changes are accepted up to the day prior to the event. An administrative fee is chared for each permit change once the permit has been finalized.
- Permit changes will not be accepted the day of the event.
Permit Cancellations:
- Customer must provide a written notification of cancellation to the park rental clerk at least 2 weeks before the event:

- Cancellations are charged an administrative fee.
- If such notice is not provided:
- No refund or any sum paid towards this agreement shall be paid by the City;
- The User will be assessed applicable user fees for returned bookings that cannot be reallocated.
- One day prior to the event, the event date can be moved to another date. This is considered a permit change and an administration fee will be charged.
