Cancellation, Permit Changes and Refund Policy
Permit Changes
- Permit changes are accepted up to the working day prior to the event. An administrative fee ($38.85 GST inclusive) is chared for each permit change once the permit has been finalized.
Permit Cancellations:
- Customer must provide a written notification of cancellation to the park rental clerk at least 5 days prior to the date of the event:

- Cancellations are charged an administrative fee ($38.85 GST inclusive).
- If such notice is not provided:
- No refund or any sum paid towards this agreement shall be paid by the City;
- The User will be assessed applicable user fees for returned bookings that cannot be reallocated..
