Park Rentals - Bandmobile Rental
Complete Steps One through Four of the Park Rental process
NOTE: Delivery and return must be within the hours of:
- weekdays - 9:00am - 3:00pm
- weekend/holidays - 8:00am - 2:30pm
Large Bandmobile (mobile stage)
- Size: 30 x 16 feet
- Lighting and sound system included
- Overhead canopy (Hydraulic)
- Generator (if requested)
Small Bandmobile (mobile stage)
- Size: 17.5 x 16 feet
- Lighting and sound system included
- Stage opening has 2 swings doors (no overhead canopy)
Information you need to know:
- Insurance is required
- Booking is per event of up to 4 days
- Administrative fee will be added to the rental fee
- Sound systems are Yamaha, speakers mounted on doors, comes with two mics. (Pictures
) - If required you may ask for a generator. (Yamaha Generators includes 2-120 volt outlets and 2-240 volt outlets) it will be included for no additional cost.
- Delivery or return outside of the specified weekday or weekend hours - current labour rates will be applied and the minimum charge is 2 hours
- Bandmobile not cleared and ready for return at designated pick-up time will be assessed additional staff costs, current labour rates will be applied and the minimum charge is 2 hours
- All groups requresting overnight rentals must provide security coverage
- An additional daily charge ($75) will be levied to users who have bandmobile beyond four (4) days.
