Park Rentals - Damage Deposit


Damage deposit required when your park rental includes any of the following:
  • Expected event attendance over 1,000 people
  • Bandmobile rentals
  • Tents and/or inflatable bouncy toys
  • Vehicles requiring access off the park roadway
Damage deposit guidelines:
  • All damage deposits are charged and processed at the time of rental
  • You will be notified within 10 working days if your damage deposit or a portion thereof will be retained to cover repair costs
  • Damage deposits paid by credit card will be returned to that credit card
  • Damage deposits paid by cheque, cash or debit will be returned by cheque within 6 weeks.
