This Manual is intended to provide guidelines to maintain safe conditions for motorists, cyclists, pedestrians and workers where unusual and temporary conditions exist when work is being undertaken within a public right-of-way in The City of Winnipeg.
This can best be achieved by way of effective traffic control and the application of the guidelines for worksite enclosures provided in the Manual for Temporary Traffic Control below.
