Local Improvement (By-Law 98/72)
The City of Winnipeg has in place a local improvement process, Local Improvement By-Law 98/72, to accommodate requests by property owners or Council for improvements in the right-of-way, including gravel roads and lanes (granular surface and surface-treated roads).
