Private Access

What private access points will be constructed?

The buildings on the south side will be served by three (3) to five (5) private approaches including: a 27.0 metre wide bi-directional signalised on the south side of Sterling Lyon Parkway (approach # 1); a 30.0 metre wide bi-directional signalised approach on the west side of Kenaston, (approach # 2), opposite Lowson Crescent; a 7.7 metre wide angular “entrance only” approach on the west side of Kenaston Blvd, (approach # 3); a 21.0 metre bi-directional un-signalised approach (approach # 9) on the south side of Sterling Lyon Parkway that may become signalised, opposite approach #6; and a 12.4 metre wide right-in/right-out private approach (approach # 10).

The buildings on the north side will be served by four (4) private approaches including: a 35.9 metre wide bi-directional signalized approach (approach # 4 opposite approach #1); a 10.3 metre wide right-in /right-out approach (approach # 5); a 21.0 metre bi-directional un-signalised approach (approach # 6); and a 12.0 metre right-in/right-out approach (approach # 7). The buildings on the north side of Sterling Lyon Parkway will also be serviced by a 6.8 metre angular “entrance only” approach, (approach # 8) on the west side of Kenaston.
