Whatever the project, we know that as a homeowner, you spend much time, energy and money to ensure that the renovation plans fit your wishes, needs and budget. So, before you begin you project, be sure you have planned for and obtained all of the necessary permits and approvals.
We encourage you to submit your application well in advance of your project start date. Exact processing times will be dependent on the complexity of your application and total number of applications received. Applications for projects that are submitted in the busy construction season (April to September) may take longer to process.
Permit applications may be submitted on-line, or by visiting the Zoning and Permits Office at Unit 31-30 Fort Street from Tuesday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
