Who do I contact for sales and service advice and information?

Can I select the interment property myself?
All clients are offered choices of interment options and locations, however for safety reasons, the final decision remains at the discretion of the Cemeteries Branch.
How do I make a selection?
Our Customer Service Advisors can arrange an appointment for you to meet them at the cemetery location of your choice. They can show you all of the available choices.
When is the cemetery open for me to visit the grounds?
The cemetery is open for visiting every day of the week from 8 am until dusk! (You can stay until 9 pm during the summer months and 6 pm during the winter months.)
Who do I contact if I have a concern?
Contact our Customer Services Advisors Debbie and Sherry, and they will assist you.
What should I do if I feel my concern is not being handled?
If you feel your concern is not being addressed, you may contact Cemeteries Administrator Jane Saxby by email or by letter addressed to the Administration Office.
What response times can I expect to my enquiry?
Response times can vary according to the type of enquiry. Refer to the response times table below (If your enquiry is not listed in the table below, you should expect a response within 48 working hours.)
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac or cheques made payable to “The City of Winnipeg”. Personal cheques require 10 working days for banking, prior to a service or product being available.
