Minimum Qualifications
- 18 years of age.
- Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (Landed Immigrant).
- No criminal record.
- Be of good character.
- Successfully pass a background check conducted by the Winnipeg Police Service.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English. This includes both orally and in writing.
- Must have a genuine interest in helping both the community and Winnipeg Police Service.
- Must be able to volunteer a minimum of four (4) hours per week and commit to a minimum of one (1) year.
- Must be available for scheduled mandatory training which may involve some weekend and evenings.
