STEP 2: WRITTEN TEST
The Winnipeg Police Service written test is a three hour exam which is based on the study guide material provided to an applicant two weeks prior to the written test. The pass mark is 65% and is written at the Police Academy.
PASS
- Applicants who pass the written exam with a mark of 65% or better hold that mark for five years.
FAIL
- Applicants who fail the written exam must wait one year from the written test date to re-apply.
- There are no restrictions on the number of times this test can be written.
