Bank of Montreal Robbery
On June 20th the Bank of Montreal located at 1010 McPhillips Street was robbed by two males armed with knives. The males fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. A police investigation has identified the persons responsible. Warrants for arrest have been issued for:

These males are to be considered armed and dangerous. The Winnipeg Police Service strongly urges members of the public not to approach these males. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of CARROLL or QUESNEL is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 786-TIPS (8477) or the Major Crimes office at 986-6219.
Request for Public Assistance
The Winnipeg Police Service today requests the public’s assistance in
locating Edward Michael VINCENT, 31 years of age, a convicted violent
offender that had serious sexual connotations to the offences. He also has
a history of failing to comply with judicial orders.
VINCENT was recently released on June 27, 2005 with strict Peace
Bond conditions. He failed to comply with the conditions.
Efforts to locate VINCENT have been unsuccessful and an arrest warrant has
been issued.
